Personal data owners have been granted some legal rights pursuant to article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law). For availing yourself of your rights granted by the Law, please send your requests to our Company, as the data controller pursuant to paragraph one of article 13 of the said Law, by fully and clearly completing this application form and;

• submitting a copy with original signature either by hand or through the notary to BELLİS DELUXE HOTEL at the address of Kadriye Mahallesi Taşlıburun caddesi no: 12/1/1 Serik / ANTALYA 

• submitting the securely electronically signed form which has been signed with a “secure electronic signature” pursuant to the Electronic Signature Law no 5070 to [email protected] address with registered electronic mail. 

Your application will be replied as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If the submitted information and documents are found to be incomplete or incomprehensible, you will be contacted to clarify the application.
